* This is not a pet-friendly home
* Lost and found items are held for 14 days while we attempt to contact the guest. If guest contact information is incorrect or cell
phone mailbox is full and we are unable to contact the guest during the 14-day holding period, the unclaimed item(s) are
thrown away, given to local organisations, or disposed of as deemed fit by the management.
* All toiletries will be provided on request.
* Guests, who are not checked-in or registered as guests of HolidayKeepers are not allowed to sleep, or to stay overnight
* Our staff would be happy to purchase any additional item guests may need. Errand run charges are applicable.
* Loud music will not be allowed post 10 pm
* Smoking is prohibited in the villa. We recommend you smoke outdoors. While smoking, kindly use the ashtray to dispose of
cigarette buds, and take all necessary precautions to prevent a fire
* Breakfast is complimentary
* We can provide accommodation for your personal staff at an additional cost of Rs. 3000 per person, per night.
* Check-in time will be 02:00 pm on the arrival date and check-out time will be 11.00 am on the departure date. Requests for
early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability and at the discretion of HolidayKeepers, with additional charges.
