House rules

*Swimming Costume is compulsory and no food and drinks are not allowed in the pool.
*Kitchen usage will be charged extra.
*Hookah Consumption Is Allowed In The Verandah Area Only.
*No loud music and Dj system allowed in the premises.
*If number of guests increases at the time of check in , extra charges will be applicable per guest per night .
*Guests cannot invite other guests and day visitors during their stay.
*Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within limits.
*As required by law, every guest above 18 years must carry government-approved photo ID proof, that shows address.
*If already checked in, Management reserves the right to ask guests to leave. Drugs usage is strictly prohibited.
*Lock the doors and close windows before leaving premises.
*Turn of lights, air conditioning and other electrical appliances when you are not using them.
*Advance Payment - Non Refundable
*Illegal activities including but not limited to carrying/consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms/weapons are prohibited on the property.
*Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities.
*Smoking within the villa/rooms is prohibited
*The pool is unguarded.
*There is no lifeguard site. Children in the pool must be accompanied at all times.
*Follow swimming pool timings Guests are requested to take care of all personal valuables.
*Management is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any items.
*Cleaning of any kind of pet’s waste or puke will be charged extra Rs 1000/-.
*Be careful while using cooking appliances , heaters or other fire hazards.
*A Refundable damage deposit collected in cash at Check-in, which will be fully refunded at check-out provided there is no Damage done to/in the property, no. of
guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
*Drugs are not allowed in the bungalow.
*No drinks & hukka allowed in the pool.
*Swimming pool timings 9.am to 8pm
*Outdoor music not allowed .
*Burning Firecrackers not allowed
*Adv. Payment will be non-refundable In case of cancellation
*Refundable deposit of Rs.10000/- at the time of check in is compulsory.
