Additional rules
GROUND/ HOUSE RULES:

- We do not allow loud music or noises. Music can be played till 7.00 PM. After dark, music can be played indoors.

- This home has an inverter power backup. Normally, we don’t face major power cuts. However, in the event of major supply problem for long, the backup standby will be for approx. 6 hours.

- We strongly condemn the illegal practice of prostitution and drugs. Any suspicion would be immediately be reported to the local police. Our home is not ideal for stag bookings.

- The number of guests should not exceed the count mentioned at time of booking, at any time during the stay. Please inform about any travelling staff too.

- ID’s of all guests to be given at the time of arrival

- Food orders must be received by 3.00 PM the previous day, to allow for procurement of fresh supplies and preparation time. We suggest that dinner be served by 10.00 PM at the latest. For late service, food can be made available in casseroles.

- Breakages or damage of home items will be charged on 'actuals'

- No smoking indoors

- Arrival 2.00 PM and Departure 11.00 AM

- All male staff (drivers, PSO's) sleep arrangements can be made outside, at a nominal cost, and are not permitted to stay in the villa. We will be happy to make these arrangements for you.

- A maximum of 1 Female staff will be provided a bedding set, that can be used to stay in any bedroom. Sleeping in areas other than bedrooms is not permitted.

- It is strongly suggested that all F&B for male staff be arranged outside to avoid pressure on your home kitchen and challenges during your meal service. We will be happy to make these arrangements for you.

- The home staff needs to be released latest by 10 pm in the night to cater to your needs the next day.
