*The rate price booked is provided one-time amenities on your arrival, added amenities like extra(change) towels, extra(change) linen sheet, extra coffee capsules or other, will be additional charges.
*Apartment Key must be kept safe to void any charges. Building management charges for a single card 1500 AED.
*Please keep the Apartment Key with you all the time when going out. Using the emergency key to open the door will cost 300 AED.
*Visitors policy must be followed as per the set of Dubai law.
*Upon check in the Home will be received by you in a perfect clean conditions, must the apartment be given back near the same clean condition.
*Passport copy need to be shared as need to be upload to Dubai Tourism Portal DTCM
