To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly request that you adhere to the following house rules. Parties or events are not permitted, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. We have a no-pets policy in place. Our accommodation is suitable for toddlers and children, but please supervise them at all times. Unregistered guests are not allowed for security reasons. Eating and drinking in the bedroom are not permitted to maintain cleanliness. We kindly ask you to respect the noise curfew, as well as the designated check-in and check-out times. Please take good care of your keys and access card, as any loss will incur a replacement fee. Damages to the furnishing will be charged accordingly, so please handle them with care. Furniture should not be rearranged. We kindly request that you clean your dishes, take out the trash before departure, and refrain from bringing illegal substances onto the premises.
