Additional rules
- Cook charges: 2.5k per night + Groceries to be charged as per actuals. (For upto 8 guests)

- No Music/ Loud Noise in the Outdoors after 10 pm.

- Smoking allowed only in the outdoors. No smoking inside the property. Penalty of 10k will be attracted otherwise.

- Pet fees to be borne for the booking.

- Pets are NOT allowed on the bed, couch and pool. Please carry their bed, food, utensils, etc.
Penalty of 5k or more to be charged if any damages are found such as dog hair on the sheets/ sofa/ etc.

- This property is suitable for friends and family, but not ideal for stags. Stags/ All boys trip will not be hosted here!

- Government ID’s of all guests to be given before arrival at the time of booking.

- Any illegal activity, use of narcotics, prostitution, etc. will NOT be tolerated. Immediate report to the local police authorities will be made, if suspected.

- No visitors or guests allowed after the booking is confirmed. Extra people will be allowed and charges for visitors and guests will be applied, only if prior information has been given and agreed by the host.
Extra visitor charges are: 500 per person
Extra guests charges are: 1000 per person

Anyone above the age of 5 yrs will be charged.

- Kitchen Closes at 10 PM. The cook will leave at 10:15 pm. For late service, food can be made available in casseroles.

- Male staff like Driver, Domestic Help, etc. travelling with you will not be allowed inside the villa.

- Events/ Corporate Off-sites are allowed. Separate charges will be applicable as per the guest/ visitor count.

- Ancillary services like bonfire, bbq, live singer performance, decorations, etc. can be arranged at an extra cost.

- Breakages or damage of home items will be charged according to the item.

- Food orders must be received 24 hours in advance.
