Additional rules
1. Our properties are ideal for a group of friends and family.
2. The number of guests should not exceed the count mentioned at time of booking. No visitors
3. Govt ID’s of all guests to be given before arrival at the time of booking.
4. Food orders must be received 24 hours in advance.
5. We suggest that dinner be served by 10 PM at the latest. For late service, food can be made available in casseroles.
6. Parties, loud noises and music that disturb neighbours is not permitted
7. Breakages or damage of home items will be charged on 'actuals'
8. Any illegal activity, use of narcotics, prostitution, etc. are not permitted
9. No smoking indoors and not suitable for pets.
10. Arrival 2/ 3 PM and Departure 11 AM
11. Any driver or male staff- sleeping arrangements will be outside. We will be happy to help.
12. A maximum of 1 Female staff will be provided a bedding set, that can be used to stay in any bedroom. Sleeping in areas other than bedrooms is not permitted.
13. All Food and Beverages for male staff be arranged outside.
14. All Food and Beverages billing, extra services (or Damages- if any); the guests will have to clear the pending payment one night prior to the departure.
