-Ideally, please share your food orders 24-36 hours in advance to help our staff in procurement of the best quality ingredients/ groceries on-time. We make everything fresh!

-Smoking strictly not allowed inside the villa. Guests can smoke only in the balcony or outdoors. Smoking inside the villa will attract a PENALTY of Rs. 10,000.

-Since, we are situated in the hills away from the commercial area we require extra time to procure groceries, vegetables, etc.
Therefore, please update the menu at the earliest. Refer to the menu. Kitchen access is RESTRICTED for guests.

-No male staff is allowed to stay the night inside the villa. Separate accommodation can be arranged at extra cost. Maximum 2 female staff is allowed inside the villa, to stay the night. Extra guest charges will be applied after 8 guests.

-Kitchen Closes at 10:30 PM

-Extra guests pricing after 6 guests are: 2k per person per night. GST Extra.

-Share all the guest IDs before check-in.

-Pets are not allowed.

-Stags are NOT allowed.

-Music Outdoors is allowed till 10 P.M only. You're most welcome to play music indoors at a decibel that doesn't disturb others (low decibel- sound doesn't go out of villa).

-Please be careful and respectful of the neighborhood and the families near our villa. Guests to enjoy in the designated area (outdoors) or inside the villa only.
