Revel in high-speed WiFi (30-50 mbps) throughout your stay. The villa features 4 king-size beds and 5 single beds, with the option to join and convert singles into a king upon request. Check-in at 12 pm, and flexible check-out until 10 am based on availability. Daily housekeeping, complimentary bed linen and towels that will be changed every 4th day, and an option to change them daily at an additional cost ensure your daily comfort. The shared pool, in tandem with Villa Calangute Phase 1, offers a refreshing retreat. Enjoy a 24-hour power backup, parking space for 2 cars, and a well-equipped kitchen for the ultimate culinary freedom, with the option to opt for professionally prepared.

We request you to comply with the rules and regulations to make your stay in our villa comfortable:

1. No Pets as our swimming pools are not tiled but have a liner (we have other villas ideal for pets).

2. No Large Speaker or Loud music on site (We have other villas with party rooms).

3. No Loud noise/shouting at night near the swimming pool area after 9pm (it's a peaceful neighborhood).

4.No Smoking in the bedrooms, you can smoke in the large garden area outside.

5. Swimming Pool accessible ONLY between 8 am to 8 pm

6. The management accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage of personal items or valuables. Kindly ensure safekeeping of your belongings and put valuable items in the digital locker provided.

The living room is air-conditioned, and the villa features six bedrooms and five bathrooms, offering ample space for relaxation. Dive into the shared swimming pool, or enjoy friendly competitions with the pool table, foosball game table, and carrom board. This villa shares its poolside paradise with the adjacent 4BHK villa. Accommodating four king-size beds and five single beds (one room with three single beds), the villa offers flexibility as single beds can be joined to form a king-size bed on request.

Daily housekeeping is provided for four hours, and bed linen and towels are included, remaining unchanged for stays of three nights or less. A 24-hour power backup ensures uninterrupted comfort, while parking is available for two cars within the compound. The well-equipped kitchen invites culinary exploration with utensils, gas burners, cutlery, crockery, and appliances like a mixer, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, and kettle. Should you prefer, professional cooks can craft breakfast, lunch, or dinner for a delightful dining experience. Your perfect retreat awaits!
