House rules
Welcome to Maturin Road Manor! To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following house rules. We have a strict 10 pm curfew for being outside out the back, as there are children in the vicinity. Please refrain from making any noise outside after 10 pm, including loud swearing, bad language, or playing music. Additionally, we request that you do not park on the footpath opposite the house and instead follow the parking rules by only parking on the house side of the road.
Safety is paramount, and the pool fence is in place to ensure everyone's well-being. We ask you to take care of the air conditioning and heating settings, turning them off when leaving the house, and using the ceiling fans responsibly for overnight cooling. When using the oven and stove, please be cautious and ensure all knobs are turned off after use to avoid gas leaks.
Feel free to utilize the dishwasher, washing machine, and BBQs during your stay, but please remember to turn off the gas after using the BBQs. For any issues or questions, do not hesitate to inform us, and we will promptly address them.
Before departure, we kindly request that you leave the property tidy by turning off all appliances and setting used beds unmade. You can leave the towels in a pile(s) on the laundry or bathroom floor, and we will take care of washing the sheets and towels.

The house features air conditioning/heating and ceiling fans in all bedrooms for year-round comfort. Ideal for families with children, it's only an 8-minute walk to the beach, Jetty Road shopping, cafes, restaurants, and public transport.
