House rules

-A cleaning charge Rs.15,000 (exclusive of taxes) will be applicable for guests bringing pets
-Guests, who are not checked-in or registered as guests of HolidayKeepers are not allowed to sleep or stay overnight in the villa
-Guests are responsible for his/her personal belongings and valuables. We request you to comply with the rules and regulations to make your stay in our villa comfortable
-Smoking is prohibited in the villa. We recommend you smoke outdoors/ around the pool area. While smoking, kindly use the ashtray to dispose of cigarette buds, and take all necessary precautions to prevent a fire
-Our staff would be happy to purchase any additional items that guests may need
-Breakfast is complimentary
-Loud music will not be allowed post 10 pm
-Breakfast timing is between 8 am to 10:30 am. This service closes at 11 am. Guests are requested to place their orders at least 24 hours in advance
-Check-in time will be 02:00 pm on the arrival date and check-out time will be 11.00 am on the departure date. Requests for early check-in or late check-out would be subject to availability and at the discretion of HolidayKeepers, with additional charges.
-Access to the kitchen is on prior request only and as per discretion of HolidayKeepers
-Guests are kindly advised that stag bookings are not permitted at this property.
