We request you to comply with the rules and regulations to make your stay in our villa comfortable:

1. No Pets as our swimming pools are not tiled but have a liner (we have other villas ideal for pets).

2. No Large Speaker or Loud music on site (We have other villas with party rooms).

3. No Loud noise/shouting at night near the swimming pool area after 9pm (it's a peaceful neighborhood).

4.No Smoking in the bedrooms, you can smoke in the large garden area outside.

5. Swimming Pool accessible ONLY between 8 am to 8 pm

6. The management accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage of personal items or valuables. Kindly ensure safekeeping of your belongings and put valuable items in the digital locker provided.

The villa accommodates 3 king-size beds and 9 single beds, with the flexibility to join single beds upon request, converting them into a king-size bed with a 1-inch foam cover. Experience the convenience of check-in at 12 pm and check-out at 10 am, with flexibility based on availability. Daily housekeeping for 4 hours maintains the villa's pristine condition, while linens and towels are provided and can be changed daily for an additional cost. Enjoy uninterrupted power with 24-hour backup and ample parking space for 3 cars. The well-equipped kitchen offers the choice to cook your own meals or indulge in professionally prepared Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, available at an extra cost.

☆ This villa is 2 min walk (200 mtrs) to Calangute beach, has AC in the living room, 7 AC bedrooms & 7 en-suite bathrooms with Private Swimming+ Pool Table + Badminton/Basketball court + Carrom board + Little tikes Play house + Elephant shower + Archery. Free WiFi with 30-50 mbps speed.

☆ Villa has 3 king-size beds & 9 single beds (one room has 3 single beds). ON REQUEST, single beds can be joined and covered with an 1-inch foam converting them to a king size bed.

☆ Check in at 12 pm and Check out is 10 am. Flexibility is based on availability.

☆ Housekeeping is done daily for 4 hours. Bed linen and towels are provided and not changed for stays 3 nights or less. If required, linens/bath towels/swimming pool towels can be changed daily for an additional cost of INR 400 per room per day.

☆ 24-hour power backup (Inverter + Generator on site).

☆ Parking is compounded for 3 Cars.

The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, gas burners, cutlery, crockery, mixer, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, kettle, washing machine, etc. You can cook yourself or we can provide Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, made by professional cooks for an extra cost.

Party Room -The new RETRO PARTY ROOM on the top floor is a great space for a private party with its own private bar, a dance floor area, Bluetooth tower speaker, great lighting system, booth seating, wall murals and bespoke lighting. You can book it for INR 7000 per night from 8 pm to 4 am for any one day of your choice. You can get your own DJ and drinks too. This party room is for the exclusive use of the guests staying at the villa.
