Holiday Treats: The dancing chefs serve you a hot cup of cocoa and cookies, making the experience a hundred times better. If you are prone to any dietary restrictions, you are more than welcome to carry your own beverages and snacks, however no alcohol is allowed on board and if any passenger is found to be intoxicated, they will be removed without refund.
Visitor Amenities: The vintage coaches of the train are decorated in holiday spirit, it is also equipped with comfortable seats. There are emergency restrooms available on board, alert a staff member who will proceed to guide you in case you need to move to another car to use the restroom. There are no wheelchair accessible restrooms on board. Wheelchair seating is limited in the 1950’s vintage coaches, but you can book tickets in a coach that can accommodate wheelchairs. Limited seats are also reserved for families with any sensory sensitivities, there will be softer audios and lighting levels in these seats. Ticket Details: The Polar Express tickets are available for purchase on the Catskill Mountain Railroad website. You can also reserve the seats on the train as you book them. It is also recommended that you book the Polar Express tickets before the peak dates as it is a huge attraction during holiday season.

Reservation Details: Note that once your seats are reserved you will not be able to change them, just like in an airplane so make sure you choose the seats you desire at the time of booking.
Timings/Departure: All trains depart strictly on time, it is recommended that all passengers arrive at least 45 minutes before the allotted departure time. Boarding of the trains begins 20 minutes prior to the departure time.
